Rehrersburg is a small borough located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was just over 200 people. The borough covers an area of just 0.2 square miles. It is part of the Tulpehocken Area School District and is served by two schools: Bethel Elementary School and Tulpehocken Junior/Senior High School.

Rehrersburg was founded in the 18th century by German immigrants. It was first known as Heidelberg Township and was eventually renamed to its current name in honor of a prominent local family. Rehrersburg was primarily an agricultural community throughout its history, but it also served as a stop along the Union Canal.
